- Cleanse, then warm the skin.A warm towel, or a few minutes after a shower. Cold skin makes this less effective and more uncomfortable.
- Fit the head that suits the area.
- Start on the lowest suction level.
- Glide — do not hold in one spot.Holding the suction still is what causes bruising. Keep it moving.
- Rinse, apply a soothing toner, then moisturiser.
